By joining Team West Irrigation Services you are now on the preferred service list. The preferred service list includes Priority Scheduling for Spring Start-Up, Mid-Summer Service Check and Winterization of your Irrigation System. We are also including a 20% discount on the Hunter Hydrawise Controller if you join our team by June 1, 2018. You will find descriptions of these services, the scheduling process and details on this controller below.
Spring Start-Up Service – Turn on Water, Run and Inspect all Zones, Adjust Sprinklers, Identify and Flag Repairs, Set Controller for Spring/Early Summer Watering Schedule and Leave Controller in OFF Position with rain-sensor active (if applicable), unless otherwise instructed by Property Owner. Standard/Necessary repairs will be made on a time and material basis at time of Start-Up, Major repairs will be made with the approval of the Customer.
Mid-Summer Service Check – Run and Inspect all Zones, Adjust Sprinklers, Identify and Flag Repairs, Set Controller for Summer Watering Schedule and Leave Controller in RUN Position with rain-sensor active (if applicable), unless otherwise instructed by Property Owner. Standard/Necessary repairs will be made on a time and material basis at time of Start-Up, Major Repairs will be made with approval of the Customer.
Winterization – Purge Irrigation System of Water with the use of an Air Compressor insuring no Freezing of Irrigation System.
Scheduling of Services
Spring Start-Up – Will be scheduled for you and you will be notified 5-10 business days before proposed service date by phone or email based on your preference. This service is pre-scheduled for your convenience. Please alert us to any scheduling changes you require based on your needs.
Mid-Summer Service Check – We will send you a Post Card inviting you to schedule your Mid-Summer Service Check. Expect this Post Card invite on/or about July 15th. This service will be scheduled at your request. This service is recommended to ensure efficient operation throughout the season.
Winterization – Will be scheduled for you and you will receive a Post Card via USPS notifying you of the time and date you are scheduled approximately 10 business days before proposed service date. This service is pre-scheduled for your convenience. Please alert us to any scheduling changes you require based on your needs.
